A workshop for choreographers/ artists/ performers/ designers.

The workshop explores the connection between ceramics and strings to a body in motion and performance.

The connection between ceramics and dance represents the connection between spirit and matter, between the movement above and the ground below.

 

The purpose of the workshop is to seek the connection between the materials and the body for all it’s different states and create ergonomic objects of different qualities. Objects that accompany or restraint movement, make a sound or a structure, working with wet or dry and brittle soil.

 

In accordance with these experiences the student's design

a costume and create a video or live performance.
